Neil has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from London University (Queen Mary College) and a master of business administration degree from Roosevelt University, Chicago, and been employed by Autotype and now MacDermid Enthone for 36 years. Neil has experience in production, quality control, and technical service functions. For the past 33 years, he has worked in the United States, in his latest position, Neil handles the company’s technical service in North America for their High-Performance Film Systems which includes the Film insert molding process. Neil actively supports the design and process feasibility along with technical printing needs of their customers, and the development of the products required for printed and flexible hybrid electronics applications. Neil was elected to the SGIA’s Academy of Screen and Digital Printing Technology in 2007. Neil also supports numerous IPC technical standard development committees for printed electronics and is the co-chairman of the Printed Electronics General Committee (D60). Neil has been a long-time member of the ASTM F01.18 Subcommittee on Printed Electronics developing testing standards for membrane switches and printed electronic circuitry.
