Wudyalew Wondmagegn earned his PhD. in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University and his MS. and BSc. in physics from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. After a Ph.D., he was a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Texas-Tyler. In 2012 he joined Frostburg State University as Assistant professor. Currently, he is an Assoc. professor at the College of New Jersey. His research interests include thin-film semiconductor devices and circuits with applications in flexible displays, RFIDs, and gas sensors. He is primary or co-author on over 20 journal and conference papers. His current research is on thin-film transistor gas sensors.
