Madhu Stemmermann

Madhu has a passion for being the first and youngest appointed to roles early in her career; first female as Plant Manager and now leading a company that is the first to address complex electrical interconnects for flexible electronics in high volume production. Madhu has a strong business development and operations background. She is driven to break barriers and drive change. Madhu has worked across small and large organizations in various roles across many industries in order to develop a breadth of experience to position her well for leading a start-up company. Her priority is to take her father’s technology, developed years ago into production. Madhu’s father, Dr. Kumar Khanna, AT&T fellow, was the pioneer of conductive inks and epoxies for RCA, Bell Labs and AT&T. He first developed the inks and epoxies for the touchpad industry. Upon retirement, Dr. Khanna developed and patented ZTACH® ACE. As electronics are becoming smaller and flexible electronics are gaining momentum, there is now significant demand for ZTACH® ACE and SunRay’s additional conductive adhesive offerings.
