Michael Borrelli

Mike Borrelli is a Senior Mechanical Engineer and manages the Mechanical & Flex-Hybrid Engineering group at SI2 Technologies in Massachusetts. With over twelve years’ experience working in the defense and aerospace industry, Mike has extensive experience in the design, simulation, and manufacture of mechanical, electrical, and RF systems for use in harsh environments. In his time at SI2, Mike has focused on leveraging flex-hybrid and additive manufacturing methods for the warfighter’s advantage. Prior to joining SI2 in 2017, he was a senior mechanical engineer at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions in Exeter, NH—a leading supplier of RF antennas, rotary joints, and waveguide devices for naval and aerospace applications—as well as a senior mechanical engineer at BAE Systems in Nashua, NH, where he was responsible for the design, analysis, and test for a variety of electro-optical countermeasure systems for performance in military and airborne environments. Mike is a proud graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
