The data is clear—diverse organizations are more innovative and financially successful, with better recruitment and talent retention. Many technology companies have realized the advantages of a diverse and inclusive workforce. Yet culture and societal factors, including unconscious bias, can negatively impact efforts to create a diverse workforce. How we address and overcome these challenges is an important first step in promoting greater diversity and creating a culture of inclusivity.
Our timely and interactive discussion with subject matter experts will highlight actions for addressing diversity, equity, inclusion, and activities toward affecting change in your workplace.
