The data is clear—diverse organizations are more innovative and financially successful, with better recruitment and talent retention. Many technology companies have realized the advantages of a diverse and inclusive workforce. Yet culture and societal factors, including unconscious bias, can negatively impact efforts to create a diverse workforce. How we address and overcome these challenges is an important first step in promoting greater diversity and creating a culture of inclusivity.
Our timely and interactive discussion with subject matter experts will highlight actions for addressing diversity, equity, inclusion, and activities toward affecting change in your workplace. The content will be targeted for executives, human resources, and diversity, equity, and inclusion [DEI] professionals, but is appropriate for anyone with a desire to make a change in this critical issue.
