Founded in 2012, SunRay Scientific, Inc is a global materials manufacturing company providing novel, conductive adhesive solutions for advanced electronic packaging across printed electronics and semiconductor packaging.

ZTACH® ACE enables superior adhesion, high density interconnects, and improved reliability for rigid and flexible substrates. During processing, ZTACH® ACE does not require pressure and can be cured at reduced temperatures. The ease of integrating ZTACH® ACE into existing SMT processes provides cost-effective, high volume scalability.

ZTACH® ACE is a magnetically aligned, Z-axis Anisotropic Conductive Epoxy consisting of a polymer matrix with randomly distributed ferromagnetic particles. Compared to conventional electronic interconnects, ZTACH® ACE eliminates the need for various process steps such as underfilling, patterning, and solder bumping. This unique technology improves throughput and yield while enhancing performance and reliability. SunRay Scientific’s state-of-the-art prototyping and manufacturing facility, located in Eatontown, New Jersey, is well-positioned and equipped for production volume capability, alpha and beta testing validation, and in-house customer qualification. SunRay has an automated SMT Line – ASM SIPLACE, DEK Printer, Heller Ovens, Testing Equipment along with a Class 8 cleanroom equipped with an Essemtec and FineTech Lambda Pick and Place.
